College of the Sequoias

College of the Sequoias (COS) is a public two-year community college in Visalia, California. Founded in September 1926, it is governed by the Sequoias Community College District and has its main campus in Visalia, with full-service centers in Hanford and Tulare. The college is designated as a Hispanic-Serving Institution. It is named for the Giant Sequoia trees native to the nearby Sierra Nevada mountain range.
